Here at Bob’s, we believe that everything has value and we do our part to recycle as much as we can. Cardboard can be used for so much more than boxing up furniture. Believe it or not, you can use cardboard to create different art projects for kids – and I’m not just talking about building forts!
This used to be a giant cardboard box that was used to deliver furniture in. Instead of throwing it in the recycling bin, check out some really fun crafts that you can do with the kids!
Just in time for flowers to be blooming, this is perfect! Simply go outside and pick any flower that you’d like. Or, you can also use artificial flowers if you have those hanging around. Dip the petals in paint, and use the flower as a stamp on a piece of cardboard. The outcome is amazing – frame worthy if you ask me!
You can also use cardboard as a platform to show off different objects you find inside or outside, be creative! Since cardboard is really sturdy, you could also set it up to hold different artwork pieces that the kids create.
Or why not make a Picasso piece of art! You can also cut up the cardboard into different pieces and use them to decorate the cardboard. That along with some paint and imagination, the possibilities are endless!
Now it’s your turn!
We’d love to see what artwork you can come up with, just by using cardboard!! Simply snap a pic, post it on social and tag me, @mybobs for a chance to be featured in my feed!
