Convenient Interview Scheduling for Sales Associates
At Bob’s, we use HireVue to conduct our first interview for our Sales Associate opportunities across the country. HireVue is a great tool that allows our candidates to interview with us at any time and from anywhere that is most convenient for them! My headquarters are located in Manchester, Connecticut, the same state I opened my very first store in 1991. Here’s a fun fact about Bob’s that you probably didn’t know: I have my very own in-house production team and studio located in the back of my Manchester store. So all those funny and entertaining commercials starting the most adorable spokespuppet you’ve ever seen, are produced by my production team.

I have 5 distribution centers located across the country including Taftville, CT, Aberdeen, MD, Shorewood, IL, Carteret, NJ and San Bernardino, CA. My team and I complete over 23,000 deliveries per week and over 4.3 million deliveries per year. On average, 93% of our merchandise is in stock and ready for delivery which means we’re always looking for energetic and customer-focused people to keep the delivery process running smoothly.
My drivers enjoy the benefits of working on regional drop & hook runs with sealed loads and a Monday through Friday schedule where the driving is done at night. I offer very competitive wages for experienced and qualified drivers (average yearly earnings $65,000 to $75,000) and exceptional benefits.

Customer Care Center
There are various career path opportunities within the Customer Care Center, starting from the Universal Call Center Agent role, through various specialized skill-sets and subject matter expert and leadership roles. To provide Best in Class Service, I deliver the same level of quality in my training programs. As a new hire joining the Bob’s Customer Care Team as a Universal Call Center Agent, you can expect a fast-paced, energetic, and fun four (4) weeks of training. I will provide you all of the fundamental knowledge, tools, and resources needed to be successful in this role. My training is focused on accommodating all learning styles while including gamification, interactive exercises, and hands-on learning.

Bob’s Helping Hand
My helping hand program is an advance on your paycheck that can be used up to two times a year. You will be responsible for paying back the advance in 10 weekly installments without any interest.
Bob’s Bail Out
My Bail Out Program is here to help employees who are experiencing hardships. Bob’s Bail Out is a one-time gift of up to $1,500 to help pay for unplanned expenses such as medical and emergencies. Employees are required to submit a letter explaining their situation and how the Bail Out will assist them.
