You can arrange for a one-time re-selection of the mattress only within 90 days of the original receipt day. You will only be responsible for any difference in the cost between the original and the re-selected mattress as well as the delivery charge. Mismatched bedding purchased from the Outlet is not eligible for a one-time re-selection.

If you order a mattress-in-a-box with other items such as a bedroom set and have them all delivered via BOBtastic White Glove Delivery Experience, the delivery team will remove your old mattress and/or foundation. Again, the guy with the truck will thank us for this one. 

As long as your mattress and foundation are in sanitary condition, the delivery team will remove them. This service is not available for mattresses and foundations that ship via FedEx or BOBtastic Threshold Delivery.

Here’s my favorite part: the setup. It’s easy to do and also super fun. I just love watching the mattress expand from its compressed state to a full-size mattress!
