Everyone has a story to tell, and we would like to hear your story. When we share our life experiences in an honest and vulnerable way, it allows us to gain a greater appreciation and understanding of each other.
In keeping with our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) mission, we are proud to announce Bob’s “Celebrating Our Diversity” initiative. This yearlong celebration is an opportunity to spotlight members of our Bob’s community while gaining a deeper understanding, awareness, and appreciation of each other.
With your input, each month we will be recognizing an important day/month that is significant to the diverse cultures that are represented at Bob’s and sharing them throughout the organization and beyond. In the month of March, we will be focusing on Women’s History Month. Knowing and learning about diverse celebrations and holidays is a key in promoting our workplace culture of diversity and inclusion.

In partnership with the Community Outreach Team, the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Resource Group will select one nonprofit per month to make a Random Acts of Kindness donation to. Participants of the survey may be selected to represent Bob’s in this donation if interested.
