The holiday party season is here! Bring your favorite summer night campfire treat indoors with this s’mores board! With just a handful of simple ingredients, you’ll have this beautiful spread ready to impress your guests.
Ingredients
Graham crackers – Honey, cinnamon, whichever you wish to sandwich your s’more with!
Milk, white or dark chocolate, peanut butter, caramel, the more variety, the more fun!
Buy these at your local store, or make your own! You can even include a bowl of marshmallow fluff to skip the roastin’!
Try some berries – whether they be blueberries, raspberries or strawberries. Who doesn’t love fruit dipped in chocolate?
Cookies! Because why not? Make this spread your own! Who said that s’mores have rules? Try out an Oreo instead of the graham crackers for that extra chocolatey taste. How about some thin mints for a minty kick? Stroop waffles will add a new texture and caramel goodness to your s’more.
Finally, fill small bowls with sauces and spreads of your choice. Peanut butter, Nutella, caramel sauce, fluff, the options are endless! Spread it on! Lay all of your ingredients in bunches on a wood serving platter.
Tip: a board with sides works better than a flat board so that you can overflow it! Now that your s’mores board is party-ready, it’s time for the fun part.
Get to Roastin’
Roast your mallows – no campsite required. The key is to get a s’mores maker, there are many different kinds! The one I used was perfect. A ceramic tray with a grill top and a steel fuel can. It even came with four roasting sticks – worth every penny!
Make it your Own
Take it to the next level and swap out Hershey’s for Reeses, a marshmallow and Oreos on the outside – now that’s a triple-decker. How about Reeses as your outer sandwich with a toasted marshmallow in between for the gluten-free friend!
I’d love to see your party-ready spread. Share your s’mores board on social and tag us @mybobs for a chance to be featured on our feed!
