There are so many dedicated Bob’s employees throughout the country who work tirelessly every day to serve you. I have heard multiple stories throughout the years of employees going above and beyond to serve a customer or a fellow employee. These stories really melt my heart and to honor these employees I created the “Heart of Bob’s” award.
The “Heart of Bob’s” recognizes and shares the human stories of selfless acts that exemplify The Bob’s Way and stand as a model of behavior to be admired and appreciated.
Every quarter I honor a select group of employees. These employees are presented with a crystal Heart of Bob’s award during a ceremony in their honor.
