Bob’s Discount Furniture Recognized by USA Today as a Customer Service Champion

MANCHESTER, Connecticut – May 2, 2024 – Bob’s Discount Furniture, one of the fastest growing omni-channel furniture retailers in the country, has been recognized by USA Today as a Customer Service Champion under the InStore: Household and General Retail industry category. Bob’s was included on the national list of companies who excel in delivering the best customer experience and provide useful guidance to consumers on their shopping journeys.


USA Today and Plant-A Insights Group conducted one of the largest independent customer experience studies in the U.S. Over 33,000 consumers responded with feedback on 519,000 businesses and providers that they interacted with in the past three years, reviewing overall customer experience and quality of service delivery across seven key categories they value. In addition to respondents’ evaluations, Plant-A analyzed publicly available data, customer online reviews, and published articles.
