Bob’s Discount Furniture Named Winner of 2024 Brand Experience Awards

MANCHESTER, Connecticut – May 20, 2024 – Bob’s Discount Furniture, one of the fastest growing omni-channel furniture retailers in the country, has been selected as a winner of the 2024 Brand Experience Awards, presented by Retail TouchPoints. 

Bob’s was one of 24 retailers to receive an award and was recognized for Digital Innovation: Creating A Cohesive Brand Experience. Bob’s focus on digital touch points and experiences throughout a customer journey was well-received by the program’s judging panel. There were 200 nominations for the 2024 awards.  

The Brand Experience Awards were created to highlight businesses that are reshaping the norms of interaction, engagement, and loyalty through the integration of new tools and strategies across various aspects of the brand experience.
