At Bob’s we love to celebrate the human stories of selfless acts that exemplify The Bob’s Way by issuing Heart of Bob’s awards. Several times a year, we select a small group of employees nominated by their peers to receive this honor.
We invite employees to recognize each other for demonstrating one or more of Bob’s Core Values:
- Honesty
- Integrity
- Transparency
- Community
- Safety
- Diversity
- Accountability
- Fun
Guidelines for completing this form:
- The Bob’s Way behavior, action or idea was witnessed by the sponsoring individual
- The sponsor does not need to be an employee of Bob’s Discount Furniture, eg. Customer, Vendor…
- Form is to be completed by Nominee’s Supervisor or Manager
- Nominee is to be informed of their nomination after award, (in the event of decline)
All nominations will be reviewed by Team H.O.B. (Heart of Bob’s).
All awards of this program are at the discretion of Team H.O.B.
