Our customers and employees are the most important things at Bob’s. So we have a double whammy of good news to share – Bob’s was just recognized for its customer service and employee satisfaction!

Newsweek named us as one of America’s Best Customer Service Brands and Forbes named us as one of America’s Top Mid-Size Employers.

Awards are fine and all, but for us the satisfaction comes from working hard to get our customers Bob’s Discount… and also by creating a fun work environment that our employees love!

Thank you to everyone who shared their feedback with Newsweek about what it’s like to shop with us.  I am truly humbled by the recognition.

I consider myself the luckiest spokespuppet ever because I get to talk about the thing I love the most everyday – furniture! Tufted headboards, rustic finishes, the difference between a sofa and a couch (yes, there is a difference)… I could go on and on. Oh, I just love furniture and I’m SO excited that I have this blog to share my passion with you! It may take me a little longer to create posts – have you ever tried typing with clay hands – but I look forward to talking furniture with you!
