Product Review Sweepstakes Official Rules

1. Eligibility: The Bob’s Discount Furniture Product Review Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is open to persons who are legal residents of, and physically located within, the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, and are eighteen (18) years of age or older at time of entry. Void where prohibited. All applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Employees of Bob’s Discount Furniture, LLC (“Sponsor”), and its affiliates, subsidiaries and advertising and promotional agencies, and the immediate family members (herein, defined as spouse, siblings, children and each of their respective spouses, regardless of residence, and any person living in such a person’s household, whether related or not) of each, or of any company affiliated with the Sweepstakes and collectively with the foregoing persons or entities (“Sweepstakes Entities”), are not eligible to participate.
2. Entry Period: Sweepstakes begins at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time (“ET”) on March 19, 2025 and ends at 5:00 p.m. ET on June 19, 2025 (the “Entry Period”). Each sweepstakes is separate and distinct from any other sweepstakes and Entries (as defined below) will not carry forward.
3. How to Enter: There are two (2) methods of entry: the Online Method of Entry and the Mail-In Method of Entry outlined below.
i.) Online Method of Entry: During the Entry Period, eligible participants can enter the Sweepstakes by following these steps: i.) visit http://mybobs.com (“Website”) and sign into your account or create an account if you are not a registered member; and ii.) provide a qualified product review. After successfully submitting a qualified product review and your feedback, and checking the opt-in box to enter the Sweepstakes, you will automatically be entered into the Sweepstakes (“Online Entry”). Eligible participants may receive an additional entry to the Sweepstakes (“Bonus Entry”) by uploading a picture of the product included in the qualified product review. Limit one (1) Bonus Entry per Online Entry. A “qualified” product review means a review linked to a verified purchase from Bob’s Discount Furniture. The review should be true, verifiable and reflect your own experiences and beliefs about the product and otherwise comply with Sponsor’s Terms of Use at www.mybobs.com/terms-of-use. In addition, a qualified product review must include language noting that a sweepstakes entry was received for the review in order to receive an Online Entry. Inappropriate comments and/or photos in the product review will be disqualified at the sole discretion of Sponsor. By submitting an Online Entry (and Bonus Entry, if applicable), participant understands that Sponsor may copy, modify, display, distribute, perform, use, and otherwise exploit the Online Entry including photos in any manner and in any location, channel, or medium, all without compensation to participant and for so long as Sponsor deems warranted, as more fully set forth in Sponsor’s Terms of Use.
ii.) Mail-In Method of Entry: To enter the Sweepstakes without providing feedback or review on a Bob’s product, you may submit a mail-in entry by handwriting your first and last name, street address, phone number and email address on a piece of paper, insert the paper in a #10 envelope and mail your entry via first-class mail to: Bob’s Discount Furniture Product Review Sweepstakes, 434 Tolland Turnpike, Manchester, CT 06042 (“Mail-In Entry”). Each Mail-In Entry must be mailed separately. Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, damaged, stolen, delayed, misdirected, illegible or postage-due mail. To be eligible for a given random drawing, Mail-In Entry must be postmarked during the applicable Entry Period and received within seven (7) days later. Stamped and mechanical reproductions will be void. There is a limit of one (1) Mail-In Entry per stamped, outer envelope.
Online Entry, Bonus Entry, and Mail-In Entry will be referred to as “Entry(ies)” from this point on. There is no limit on the number of Entries you can submit; however, each Online Review must be for a different product and each Mail-in Entry must be submitted separately. For the avoidance of doubt, an individual can only submit one product review for any product. Any product reviews for the same product submitted by the same individual after the first product review during this Sweepstakes or any future sweepstakes will be void.
Entries using macro, robotic, script or other forms of automatic entry will be disqualified. Sponsor may prohibit an entrant from participating in the Sweepstakes or winning a prize if, in its sole discretion, it determines that said entrant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes by cheating, deceiving or using other unfair playing practices. Entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. Proof of submission does not constitute proof of receipt. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same email address or account. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the prize will be awarded to the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the winning entry and such individual must comply with these Official Rules. The “Authorized Account Holder” is defined as the natural person to whom the email address is assigned by an internet service provider, online service provider or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. If a dispute cannot be resolved to Sponsor’s satisfaction, the affected entry will be deemed ineligible.
4. Prize and Its Approximate Retail Value (“Arv”): A $500.00 Bob’s Discount Furniture Gift Card (“Gift Card”). Usage of Gift Card is subject to the terms and conditions on the Gift Card and at www.mybobs.com/gift-card. Gift Card is awarded on an “as is” basis and cannot be redeemed for cash or used as payment for purchases of additional Gift Cards or as an adjustment to prior purchase(s) or applied as payment on any account. Gift Cards will not be replaced if lost or stolen. Winner is responsible for all local, state, and federal taxes on the prize, including sales or use taxes. Prize is nontransferable, and no substitutions or cash redemptions will be made, other than as provided herein. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize, in whole or in part, of equal or greater monetary value if a prize cannot be awarded, in whole or in part, as described for any reason. All prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
5. Random Drawing: One (1) potential winner will be selected from all eligible Entries received by random drawing by Sponsor whose decisions are final and binding. Random drawing will be conducted approximately two (2) weeks after the end of Entry Period. Odds of winning a prize will depend on the number of eligible Entries received during the applicable Entry Period.
6. Winner Notification: The potential winner will be contacted by email, phone, or mail on or about two (2) business days after the random drawing using the contact information given at the time of entry. Sponsor is not responsible for any change of email address, mailing address, and/or telephone number of entrants. The potential winner may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and a liability and publicity release (except where prohibited) (“Affidavit”) within seven (7) days from the date of notification. Prize forfeiture may result from any of the following: i.) an Affidavit or a prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable; ii.) the Affidavit is not returned within the date specified on notification; iii.) winner is otherwise found to be ineligible; iv.) winner cannot accept or receive the prize for any reason; and v.) any other non-compliance with these Official Rules. In the event of any prize forfeiture, the Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, award or not award the forfeited prize to an alternate winner. Attempts may be made to notify up to three (3) alternate winners for the unfulfilled prize; after which the unfulfilled prize will not be awarded. Once the potential winner’s eligibility is verified, they will be confirmed as a winner. Prize will be sent to the winner approximately thirty (30) days from the date winner is confirmed. The Sponsor is not responsible for any returned undeliverable prize and such prize will be forfeited.
7. Publicity Grant: By accepting a prize, winner agrees, where imposing such condition is legal, that Sponsor and its designees shall have the right, but not the obligation, to the use of their, city and state of residence and/or likeness and Online Review including any photos (if applicable) for advertising and publicity purposes in any and all media now or hereafter known throughout the world in perpetuity without further compensation, permission or notification and, upon request, will confirm consent to such use in writing.
8. Privacy Policy/Data Collection: Information provided by you for this Sweepstakes is subject to Sponsor’s privacy policy located at https://www.mybobs.com/privacy-policy.
9. Limitations on Liability/General: By entering this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to (i.) be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes, which are final and binding; and (ii.) release and hold the Sweepstakes Entities and their respective divisions, affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives (collectively “Releasees”) harmless from any injury, loss or damage to person, including death, personal injury or loss or damage to property due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly to the acceptance or use/misuse of a prize, participation in any promotion-related activity or participation in the Sweepstakes. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between statements contained in any materials and the terms and conditions of these Official Rules, these Official Rules shall prevail, govern and control. Releasees are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, stolen, delayed, misdirected, undelivered or garbled Entries, emails or other communications of any kind; or for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (“ISP”), website, or other connections, availability or accessibility or miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, telephone or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure; or for jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties; or for other errors or difficulties of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, computer, network, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of; the Sweepstakes, the processing of Entries, the announcement of the prize or in any Sweepstakes-related materials. Releasees are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by site users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes. Releasees are not responsible for injury or damage to entrants’ or any other person’s computer, or mobile or other device related to or resulting from participating in this Sweepstakes or downloading materials from or use of the related website. In the event Sponsor is prevented from continuing with this Sweepstakes, or the integrity and/or feasibility of the Sweepstakes as planned is undermined by any event including but not limited to fire, flood, epidemic, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, satellite or equipment failure, riot or civil disturbance, war (declared or undeclared), terrorist threat or activity, or any federal, state, or local government law, order, or regulation, order of any court or jurisdiction (each a “Force Majeure” event or occurrence), Sponsor shall have the right, in its sole discretion, to abbreviate, modify, suspend, cancel or terminate the Sweepstakes and, if terminated, award prize from among all eligible Entries received up to that date or as otherwise deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsor. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHALL RESULT IN DISQUALIFICATION FROM PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEPSTAKES SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, RELEASEES RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEY FEES) TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.
All disputes, claims and causes of action at law or in equity (individually, “Claim”) arising out of or relating to this Sweepstakes, the meaning or interpretation of the rules or any prize awarded shall be resolved by applying the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict of laws provisions therein, and shall be solely and exclusively brought in the state or federal courts within that state. All Claims shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action and all Claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, but in no event include attorneys’ fees, and under no circumstances will any entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, special, consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and waives all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased.

11. Winner’s List: For the name of the Winner (first name, last initial and state), send a self-addressed stamped envelope to be received no later than 30 days after the end of the Sweepstakes, to: Bob’s Discount Furniture Product Review Sweepstakes Winner (include Entry Period), 434 Tolland Turnpike, Manchester, CT 06042.
